Your photos are protected: in the galleries, previews are watermarked and faces are marked — the clean high-resolution version is only delivered after purchase. Protection against theft that reassures your photographers and encourages sales.

Frequently asked questions

The Organizer plan is for anyone who coordinates a team of photographers at sports events: club managers (triathlon, running, cycling), race organizers (marathons, trail races), regional or national sports federations. The organizer pays the subscription for the whole team, who have nothing to pay themselves.

The Organizer plan starts at €39/month (or €29/month billed yearly) for 1 photographer — exactly the price of Photag Pro. Each additional photographer then adds €10/month excl. VAT (€49 for 2 photographers, €59 for 3…), up to 20 photographers self-service, with -25% on annual payment. Beyond that, a custom plan can be negotiated.

Yes. The "1 photographer" tier of the Organizer plan costs exactly the price of Photag Pro (€39/month, or €29/month billed yearly) and comes with the same benefits: 50,000 photos of storage, a 10% Photag commission, Autopilot and priority support. You sell your own photos, with no guest photographer. Whenever you want to build a team, simply increase the number of photographers from your dashboard: billing adjusts pro rata and every photographer automatically gets paid their share.

No. On the Organizer plan, your guest photographers have no subscription to pay. They get free access to the platform with an invitation code. On top of that, their Photag commission drops to 10% on their sales (instead of 50% on a standard Free account), which lets them earn significantly more.

Yes. You can set your organizer commission between 0% and 25% on each event. The commission is taken on sales of photos uploaded by your contributors, separately from the Photag commission (10% flat). You can use different rates on different events.

With a Free account, you can invite photographers but each one keeps their own account and pays their own commission (50% on Free, 10% on Pro). With the Organizer plan, you pay a monthly subscription that covers access for the whole team: your photographers pay nothing AND their Photag commission drops to 10% across the board. In practice, on €500 of sales with 3 Free photographers, your team keeps about €250 in Free mode versus €325-450 with the Organizer plan.

Yes, the Organizer plan offers a 'Free photos' mode where photos are given to participants at no charge through a personal access code. It is ideal for premium marathons that include photos in the entry fee. Photographers are then unlimited and the plan scales with photo volume: €99/month excl. VAT with 50,000 photos included, then €20 per additional 10,000 photos. A single month of subscription covers an event: when the subscription ends, photos are not deleted — they remain accessible to participants, you simply can't add new ones.

You can adjust your plan at any time from your account, with automatic pro rata billing by Stripe (charged straight away on an upgrade, credited on the next invoice on a downgrade). Beyond 20 photographers, you can contact the Photag team for a custom plan.

In 'photos on sale' mode, the storage limit scales with the number of photographers: minimum 50,000 photos (2 to 5 seats), 60,000 photos (6 seats), 100,000 photos (10 seats), up to 200,000 photos (20 seats). In 'free photos' mode, you pick the volume directly: from 50,000 to 230,000 photos, in steps of 10,000. Storage is shared across every event and every photographer of the organizer.

Yes. The AI identifies photos as soon as they are uploaded, with no manual sorting: your photographers upload in bulk, every photo is indexed by bib number and by face, and the gallery is ready. Your participants find their photos while the event is still fresh in everyone's mind — that is when galleries get shared the most.
