Can I change plan at any time?

Yes, from your photographer area. Stripe works out the pro rata automatically: you are charged or credited straight away depending on the change.

Is there a commitment?

No. Pro and Organizer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. They stay active until the end of the current period, then stop automatically at no cost. The one exception: the agency plan paid monthly, which has a 3-month minimum.

Do the prices shown include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. French VAT at 20% is added to the invoice, except for intra-EU business customers who provide a valid VAT number.

What happens if I go over my photo quota?

Your galleries stay online and sales carry on. You simply can't upload new photos — just move up to the next plan or delete older photos.

Do I have to stay subscribed for my photos to stay online?

No. The subscription opens the window during which you can add photos — one month is enough for a single event (3-month minimum on the agency plan). Once you cancel you can no longer upload, but nothing is deleted: the gallery stays up and your participants keep accessing it for a year.

Do my guest photographers need to create an account?

Yes, every photographer has their own Photag account. On the Organizer plan, they join your team for free with an invitation code — no card details asked on their side.

How do I get the money from my sales?

Funds build up in your Photag balance. You request a transfer to your IBAN from your wallet — processed within 3 to 5 business days.

What does the free photos pass cover?

Three months for your whole account: as many events, races and days as you like, unlimited photographers, Autopilot included. It starts when you pay, or on the day you choose.

What if we are more than expected?

Photag counts the bibs found on your photos, event by event. Beyond your tier, the difference with the tier covering your participants is charged after the pass ends; you are told at least a week before the charge. During the pass, you can move up a tier whenever you want. Your participants always get all their photos.

Can we sell some galleries?

Yes. During the 3 months, each gallery is free or for sale, as you choose, from its Shop: Photag then takes 10% of sales. Afterwards, your account is free again (50% on sales); your free galleries stay free.

What happens to the photos after a year?

Each gallery stays complete for a year after the event. If you renew with us, your past galleries stay online at no extra cost. Otherwise, €29 excl. VAT per year keeps them: they are then found by bib number, selfie search stops. Without either, the gallery then closes: you are told a month before so you can download everything.

What if we want to sell all the photos?

That's the Photos for sale subscription: Photag Pro for your whole team, €29 excl. VAT per month plus €10 per photographer, cancel anytime (−25% yearly). Photag takes 10% of sales, and revenue is split automatically: pro rata, equally or by percentage.

That's the agency plan: a subscription based on your photo volume, €59 excl. VAT per month for 20,000 photos online, then €10 per extra 10,000, 3-month minimum (or −25% yearly). Each event is free or on sale, as you choose; unlimited photographers, Autopilot included. Photag takes 10% of sales.
