Your data stays protected

Selfie search is only switched on with your explicit consent, and it only serves to find your own photos. Images and data are hosted in the European Union, and you can request the deletion of your face signature at any time. That is our GDPR commitment, by design.

In public galleries, previews are watermarked and faces are marked: photos stay protected before purchase, and faces in the background are never shown in the clear.

Can't find your photos?

  • Double-check the bib number you typed (and try it without the leading zeros).
  • Try the selfie search, which works even when the bib is unreadable.
  • Be patient: photographers sometimes publish the photos a few days after the race.
  • Make sure you are in the gallery for the right event.

Use the selfie search: it works without a bib number. You can also browse the whole gallery, or ask the race organizer for your bib number.

As soon as the photographer publishes them — usually anywhere from a few hours to a few days after the event. Keep the gallery link: your photos will appear there automatically.

It depends on the event. Some galleries are paid (per photo or as a pack), others are free. When there is a price, it is always shown in the gallery before you buy.
